Marketing & Sales Officer – Retail (Jabodetabek)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Obtain new agents in the assigned area/region through sales and marketing activities such as prospecting, cold calls, canvassing, and networking.
• Prepare necessary documents, collect required information for new agent registration, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Increase agent revenue by offering new products/services.
• Develop agent transactions by monitoring, visiting, ensuring tool availability, resolving business issues, and maintaining good relationships.
• Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders, both existing and potential agents.
• Gather market information, competition, and industry trends for market research.
• Represent the company in relevant business events.
• Contribute to other sales and marketing tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
• Education: Minimum D3 in any field.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales Retail Business-to-Customer (B2C).
• Vehicle Ownership: Must have a motorcycle and SIM C.
• Location: Jabodetabek.
• Language: Indonesian.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills, ability to convey messages clearly, ask relevant questions, and listen effectively.
• Negotiation and Business Acumen: Ability to negotiate for mutually beneficial business solutions.
• Product Knowledge Learning: Quick and in-depth learning to understand company products and services.
