PT Sarana Yukti Bandhana, or SYB in short, is a provider and operator of online payment solutions incorporating state-of-the-art banking network and traditional non-banking network as payment collecting agents. While the world has evolved with social media , Big Bang on ecommerce, we have developed our electronic platform and our very own ecosystem since the year 2000. On 27th October 2000, SYB launched ‘PRAQTIS’ an online bill payment product serving PLN (the Indonesian Electricity Board) nationwide. ‘PRAQTIS’ is the first online payment of its kind in Indonesia.

About this position

Posisi General Affair & Frontdesk Staff bertanggung jawab untuk menyambut dan melayani tamu perusahaan, serta mengelola berbagai aspek administrasi dan operasional kantor.

Responsibilities

• Menyambut tamu perusahaan, melayani, serta mengarahkan tamu perusahaan sesuai dengan keperluannya
• Menjawab dan meneruskan panggilan telpon yang masuk
• Bertanggung jawab atas proses booking ruang meeting / ruangan tertentu
• Melakukan proses administrasi pada buku tamu
• Mengurus keluar masuk surat ataupun paket serta proses administrasinya
• Mengelola inventaris perlengkapan kantor, memesan barang jika diperlukan
• Mengatur dan mengelola kebutuhan operasional, seperti perizinan, dokumen legal, dan administrasi kantor
• Menjalin komunikasi dengan vendor terkait proses pembelian barang, booking tempat, ataupun keperluan lainnya
• Melakukan proses rekap data terkait aset-aset perusahaan
• Menyiapkan keperlukan administrasi bagi karyawan baru seperti kartu akses, laptop, dan email karyawan.

Requirements

• Pendidikan: Minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan yang berkaitan
• Pengalaman Kerja: Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Admin GA
• Domisili: Jabodetabek
• Bahasa: Indonesia, Inggris
