According to Articles of Association, the Company operates the following business activities: Delivering service, except legal and tax service, such as: (a) consultancy in mining; (b) mining construction; (c) supporting mining business; and (d) management of general mining

About this position

The Legal & Permit Officer is responsible for conducting legal reviews, managing property legality, and overseeing permit processes within the company.

Responsibilities

• Making legal reviews, legal standing and legal opinions,
• Checking the legality of buying and selling property (land and buildings),
• Managing the legality of all company land and building assets, especially land (certification and management of land certificate ownership),
• Managing the legality of permits, both project permits, new permits and periodic permits, such as OSS, Building Management Information System, Building Approval, Certificate of Functional Worthiness, Groundwater Utilization Permit, and others,
• Manage records and payment process of Business Assets,
• Ensure all supporting documents for payment are sufficient,
• Other task assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Proficient in English (oral & written) is a must. Please do not apply if you're unable to speak English.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Law, Sociology or related fields from reputable university,
• Have knowledge in property, assets, and land,
• At least 1 year experience in Permit and Legal field,
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office,
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills,
• Have the ability to build interpersonal relationships with external parties, such as agencies, customers, and vendors,
• Must have can-do attitude, discipline and commitment to work-target,
• Able to travel domestic or international.
