HR & GA Manager
About this position
The HR & GA Manager is responsible for overseeing human resources management systems and procedures, ensuring effective HR policies, managing payroll, and handling office management and procurement.
Responsibilities
• Arranging system and procedure in Human Resources Management: HR development, recruitment-selection, career-grading, remuneration and performance appraisal for employees to be implemented within the company
• Responsible for HR policy and industrial relation matter in corporate level
• Managing the end-to-end payroll and tax income (PPh art. 21)
• Managing HRIS and IT infrastructure & support
• Responsible for outsourcing, office management, procurement, maintenance and repair of all office property
• Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
• Proficient in English (oral & written) is a must
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HR & GA area
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Managerial position
• Good analytical thinking, detail oriented, high initiative and accuracy
