About this position
The Sales Project position involves achieving targets, sourcing new projects, and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
• Achieve predetermined targets
• Looking for potential sources of new projects
• Conduct visits to government, BUMN, and private agencies to obtain information on potential projects.
• Conduct intensive client visits to follow up on project achievement targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Fostering good relationships with company clients and establishing cooperation
• Collaborate well with internal teams within the company to achieve existing goals.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor Degree Majoring Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project sales to developers, contractors, consultants, etc.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales in the Bali area.
• Have relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, etc. in Bali areas.
• Have the ability to make offers, make presentations, and convince clients.
• Accustomed to working with targets and deadlines
• Have good interpersonal skills; be proactive and innovative.
• Sociable and able to correspond well
