We are supported by 15 principals from outside and within the Indonesia who are experienced in the health sector and 32 branch offices spread throughout Indonesia so that we can provide continuous after sales service support to our more than 3500 valued customers consisting of Hospital and clinical laboratories.

About this position

The Quality Management System (QMS) Staff will be responsible for conducting internal audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented, monitoring non-conformities, reviewing operational processes, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017, and CDAKB periodically according to schedule
• Ensure corrective actions from audits are implemented as targeted
• Monitor and control non-conformities to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017, and CDAKB quality management systems
• Review operational process flows (Standard Operation Procedure/SOP) and departmental forms to ensure compliance with standard formats and other requirements
• Archive documentation of operational process flows and distribute revisions/updates of process flows/forms/work instructions/standard regulations

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience as a management system auditor
• Understanding of ISO 27001, ISO 13485 is a plus
• Must have Awareness & Internal Audit ISO 17025, ISO 9001 certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation skills
• Placement: West Jakarta
