PT Saba Indomedika is a national distributor of diagnostic products in Indonesia, has grown rapidly since 2005.
We are fully committed to assisting the implementation of the digital hospital concept in Indonesia. We are supported by 15 principals from outside and within the Indonesia who are experienced in the health sector and 32 branch offices spread throughout Indonesia so that we can provide continuous after sales service support to our more than 3500 valued customers consisting of Hospital and clinical laboratories.

About this position
Responsibilities
• Melakukan kegiatan internal audit sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017 dan CDAKB (Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik) secara berkala sesuai jadwal yang ditetapkan
• Memastikan tindakan perbaikan hasil audit diimplementasikan sesuai dengan target
• Memantau dan mengendalikan ketidaksesuaian terhadap sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017 dan CDAKB
• Melakukan review bersama dengan departemen terkait tentang alur proses operasional (Standar Operation Procedure/SOP) dan formulir yang digunakan oleh departemen agar sesuai standar format dan ketentuan lainnya
• Melakukan arsip dokumentasi alur proses operasional dan mendistribusikan revisi/update alur proses/formulir/instruksi kerja/standard ketetapan
Requirements
• Pendidikan min. S1 semua jurusan
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja min. 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
• WAJIB Memiliki sertifikat Awareness & Internal Audit ISO 17025, ISO 9001
• Berpegalaman menjadi auditor sistem manajemen
• Memahami ISO 27001, ISO 13485 menjadi nilai tambah
• Menguasai Microsoft Office dan presentation skill
• Domisili Jakarta Barat menjadi nilai tambah
• Penempatan : Jakarta Barat
