About this position

Posisi Frontliner / Receptionist di Bali bertanggung jawab untuk melayani pasien dan mengelola transaksi serta jadwal pasien.

Responsibilities

• Melayani pasien (scheduling, transaksi, WA pasien)
• Input dan rekap transaksi
• Follow up jadwal pasien
• Handling complaint pasien
• Reporting

Requirements

• Min. Pendidikan SMA/SMK/D3 Semua Jurusan
• Pengalaman min 1 tahun sebagai frontliner
• Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
• Mampu mengoperasikan mesin EDC
• Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris dan berpenampilan rapi
