About this position

The Business Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational issues, developing process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep dive analyses of operational issues, identifying root causes and potential solutions
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and standardization
• Utilize advances data analysis and visualization tools to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions to business and operational challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree all major
• Experience minimal 2 years as a Business Process Improvement or Operation Excellence Analyst
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication skill
• Data-driven candidate who can effectively process and visualize complex datasets
• Experienced in defining and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Project Management skill
• Placement: Jakarta Selatan
