About this position

The Medical Business Staff will be responsible for assisting in clinic site selection, monitoring construction progress, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, developing operational procedures, and supporting clinic promotion.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in locating suitable clinic site through surveys & research
• Engaging in discussions with Management and conducting on-site surveys to monitor Clinic construction and operation progress
• Ensuring compliance with administrative and legal requirements for clinic operation
• Developing and implementing operational procedures, administrative system, and good services to facilitate excellent Clinic operations
• Assisting in the recruitment process for Doctors and other clinic staff
• Supporting Clinic promotion through marketing initiatives and engagement in promotional activities

Requirements

• Minimum education of a bachelor's degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.0, preferably with an educational background relevant to Clinic or Hospital management and operations. Fresh graduates with appropriate educational background are welcome
• Experience in Clinic or Hospital management and operations
• Understanding of regulations, governance, administration, management, and operations of Clinics or Hospitals
• Familiar with MS Office
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work with high mobility and proficiency in analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, teamwork, and management
