IT SYSTEM APPLICATION SUPPORT STAFF
About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support, configuration and monitors application systems (POS & ERP).
• Provides the end-user support how to use the application or system.
• Respond tickets issue in a timely manner including incident investigation, troubleshooting, escalation to 2nd level and identify potential solutions.
• Ensures the data processing in a business run smoothly and enables users to conduct their business.
• Monitor response time and processing time for each Incident, Service Request and Change Request.
• Coordinate with related parties to ensure compliance with SLAs related to Incident tickets and Service Requests registered in the ticketing application.
• Collaborate with the software development team to understand product changes and update/develop new tests as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from Information Technology related field but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in SQL queries.
• Have knowledge in POS system is a plus.
• Experience in performing all phases of software testing is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
