Trade Marketing Designer

Responsibilities
• Design and develop Point of Sale Materials (POSM) such as banners, posters, shelf talkers, wobblers, and other in-store promotional items.
• Ensure that all POSM designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity and effectively attract consumer attention.
• Collaborate with the trade marketing team to understand the objectives of each campaign and create designs that meet those goals.
• Create eye-catching and effective designs for promotional displays, including standees, product displays, and end caps.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to produce high-quality display materials that are durable and visually appealing.
• Ensure that all promotional displays are designed to optimize space and product placement in retail environments.
• Design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, coupons, and digital assets, to support trade marketing efforts.
• Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
• Update and refresh marketing materials regularly to keep them current and relevant.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand the needs of retailers and create customized marketing materials to support sales efforts.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of all marketing materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to develop creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
• Review and approve final designs before production to ensure they meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including disclaimers and mandatory information.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure that trade marketing designs remain competitive and innovative.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of POS.
