Sales Supervisor
About this position
Responsibilities
• Supervise the activities of the technical sales representatives and assistants.
• Drive and support technical sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
• Implement strategies to sell products or services.
• Build a customer base to maximize sales.
• Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services and resolving customers' complaints.
• Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
• Supervise the accounts receivables team in collecting balances.
• Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
• Create sales strategy through offline and online channel.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 7 Years of working experience in the Food industry especially foodservice is required for this position.
• Coming from e-commerce/marketplace company is preferable.
• Proven records in sales/distributor/Key Account management.
• Required Skills: Sales, Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality, Leadership, Microsoft Office, Computer Literacy, Team-Player.
• Fluent English both in written and speaking (Mandatory. The whole process will be conducted in English).
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
