About this position

The Staff Paramedis (Office) position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Pharmacy, experience as a Claim Analyst, and willingness to work in shifting schedules. The role involves following up on medical reports, analyzing claims, making decisions based on the analysis, coordinating with the medical advisor team, and preparing various documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan follow up melalui email maupun melalui telepon laporan medis pasien dan hasil-hasil pemeriksaan penunjang medis
• Melakukan Analisa Klaim
• Mengambil keputusan sebagai hasil analisa klaim
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim medical advisor
• Membuat surat jaminan, surat penolakan, atau surat Investigasi
• Membuat reporting

Requirements

• Minimal. pendidikan S1/ D3 Keperawatan atau Farmasi
• Menguasai produk asuransi kesehatan
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Claim Analyst min. 6 bulan (bukan Call Center)
• Bersedia bekerja secara SHIFTING
• Bersedia join SECEPATNYA
• PROJECT BASED
