Senior Manager MAM (Major Account Manager)
About this position
The Senior Manager MAM (Major Account Manager) is responsible for managing and growing key accounts, ensuring long-term business partnerships, and achieving company goals through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned customer total & industry target numbers
• Identify, build and manage multi-tiered relationships across key customers and the RPX organization to ensure long-term business partnerships and achievement of company goals
• Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals
• Establish a clear understanding of customer expectations and needs
• Provide customer-oriented service at all times relating to sales issues and customer expectations.
• Plan & coordinate activities and programs to maintain and develop sustainable sales revenue
• Develop and manage after sales strategies for each designated account customer
• Provide reports on revenue and customer account activity, as required by the Management team
• Participate and contribute to the development of strategies and approaches to maintain, protect, enhance and grow sales & account portfolio
• Maintain and provide Domestics Major Account strategy in line with One Stop Logistics (OSL) plan, ensuring profitable revenue growth
• Provide clear and decisive input into the development of the strategy for key in-country accounts.
• Implement agreed account sales and customer acquisition strategies, ensuring targeted levels of revenue and profitability in line with agreed business plans.
• Drive sales improvement through appropriate sales engagement processes, ensuring timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of all sales activities and customer/competitive information through the use of approved sales automation tools (Salsa).
Requirements
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or other relevant position
• Minimum 5 years of consultative/solution-based sales experience in the express courier industry
• Experience in managing and growing accounts in excess of IDR 1 billion per month
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-Level levels
• Maintained large accounts for domestic & international products.
