About this position

As a Quality Technician at Reckitt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within the Hygiene Division, influencing global outcomes through meticulous attention to products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out critical day to day activities to ensure critical quality test and checks are performed as required
• Provide supports to Site Quality Manager in specific projects and activities when required
• Perform basic quality monitoring activities as required
• Maintain strong quality systems, observing and auditing for consistent compliance.
• Establish quality objectives within the hub and provide pivotal feedback.
• Serve as a key figure for quality-related information regarding processes and product integrity.
• Champion an RFT - 'right first time' approach, aiding the seamless introduction of new processes within the region.
• Strengthen the synergy in the teams for consistently high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• A proven track record in quality compliance within the hygienic or healthcare industry.
• Adept with quality management systems and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements such as Good Distribution Practise (GDP).
• Exceptional communication and influencing talents, particularly in situations where you may not have direct authority.
• Familiar with digital transformation in Quality and manufacturing to maintaining cutting-edge quality standards.
