Responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
• Drill down into eCommerce sales data, uncovering trends and driving business opportunities.
• Strengthen our product presence online with insightful adjustments to listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Engage with varied teams, using your analytical skill to enhance our eCommerce strategies.
• Keep a watchful eye on the competitive horizon and evolving market trends in online retail.
• Share insightful reports and dashboards that keep our finger on the pulse of performance metrics.

Requirements

The experience we're looking for:
• Skilled at interpreting sales data to unearth impactful trends and opportunities.
• Experienced in establishing and tracking KPIs.
• Proactive in partnering across teams to support capability-building initiatives.
• Accomplished in creating and implementing development and training programmes.
• Knowledgeable in sales forecasting and market analysis with a strategic mindset.
