About this position
The AR Collection Staff in Sukabumi is responsible for following up on payments, handling payment discrepancies, visiting customers for collections, preparing receivable data, and sending confirmation letters to customers.
Responsibilities
• Follow up on payments and input the results into the data system
• Follow up on payment discrepancies
• Visit customers for collections
• Prepare receivable data
• Print and send confirmation letters to customers
Requirements
• Minimum education of SMA/SMK in Accounting, other majors are welcome to apply
• Minimum 1 year experience as AR Follow Up/Collection, experience in retail business is a plus
• Possess SIM C and own vehicle
• Diligent, detail-oriented, honest, high fighting spirit, and accustomed to field work
• Good physical and mental health condition
• Familiar with collection targets and administrative processes
• Placement in the Sukabumi area
