About this position

The Brand Marketing Communication position involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing public relations, and enhancing customer engagement to align with the company's vision and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and objectives
• Public Relations: develop and manage partnerships with E-Commerce, Market Place, bloggers, media and industry partners to promote Clairmont
• Events: plan, promote, and execute events, such as concerts, birthdays, special promotions, fundraising dinners, yoga events, themed dinners, Etc
• Analytics and Reporting: monitor and analyze marketing performance, including website traffic, sales of market place, social media engagement, and provide regular reports with actionable insights
• Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships and collaborations with KOL, Activation, collaboration promotion, collaboration activity, collaboration campaign to expand the company’s marketing reach and impact.
• Customer Engagement: develop and manage customer engagement and loyalty programs to build and retain a strong customer base
• Innovation: stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new marketing methods to keep the company's marketing strategies fresh and effective
• Digital Marketing: Manage online presence, including website, social media, and other digital channels.
• Work with the production people, purchasing, merchandiser and third parties in the creation of engaging and informative content to attract customers.
• Advertising and Promotions: plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media, including online advertising, print, and all partnerships.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications at least as Assistant Marcom Manager / Senior Digital Marketing, ideally in the retail F&B or FMCG
• Fluent in Ms. Office (excel, words, power point).
• Proactive attitude and adherence to deadlines.
• Ability to think creatively and innovative.
• Excellent in numerical skills.
• Analytical minded, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
