Cane plantation and Sugar Industry.
Pratama Nusantara sakti is the first Sugarcane company which is build in swampy area in Indonesia. We use two transport system which are waterway dan road. We manage the water to be use for logistic system and irigation. Our plantation area located in OKI, Sumatera Selatan.
The HE Workshop & Engineering Superintendent is responsible for planning and organizing workshop activities related to fabrication work, preventive, predictive, and curative maintenance of Heavy Equipment, Water Transport, Vehicle, and Agriculture Equipment.
Responsibilities
• Plan workshop activities related to fabrication work, preventive, predictive, and curative maintenance of various equipment
• Organize and evaluate materials, parts, inner parts, undercarriages, and accessories used for fabrication work and maintenance
• Organize and evaluate procedures to ensure effective and efficient workshop processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of Workshop & Engineering Superintendent or similar role
• Understanding of Predictive-Curative-Maintenance for heavy equipment and vehicles
• Residing near Lampung, Palembang, or South Sumatra
• Willing to be placed at plantation sites in Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra
