About this position

This is a full-time on-site role for a Country Manager at Cortez Cortana, located in Pasay City, Metro Manila Philippines. The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Negotiating contracts.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyzing market trends and competitors.
• Providing feedback on product development.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the footwear or related industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with market trends and competitors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English, orally and in writing (Preferably, I can also speak Tagalog and Mandarin).
• Willing to work in Pasay City, Metro Manila Philippines.
