Responsibilities
• Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategic plans to support the company's growth.
• Prepare, monitor, and evaluate the company's annual budget while ensuring optimal allocation.
• Manage the strategic planning process, including SWOT analysis, risk assessment, and opportunity identification for the company.
• Prepare periodic strategic performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the achievement of the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Analyze potential new markets and develop market penetration strategies to support business expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with local and international partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, government agencies, and related institutions to support business development.
• Assist in negotiation processes and the development of business proposals with potential partners or investors.
• Develop feasibility studies for new projects.
• Lead and/or participate in strategic projects, such as implementing new systems or developing sustainability initiatives.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance the company's competitive advantage.
• Prepare financial analysis reports, business performance evaluations, and project progress reports as required by management and stakeholders.
• Integrate data from various departments to create comprehensive reports on the achievement of strategic and operational targets.
• Ensure reporting complies with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare the company's annual budget and monitor its implementation periodically to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee budget execution across all departments to prevent deviations and ensure alignment with planning.
• Provide recommendations for cost savings without compromising operational quality.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or related field. A Master's degree (S2) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related managerial positions.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• In-depth understanding of budgeting and controlling processes.
• Proficiency in planning tools and software such as ERP, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented.
• Innovative mindset and adaptability to changing business environments.
