About this position

The Workshop Head is responsible for planning, overseeing, and implementing strategic and operational workshop programs and projects in West Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees strategic, operational, and workshop programs, also projects
• Establishes and implements short and long-range workshop goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures
• Monitoring and evaluates programmatic and workshop effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.
• Establishes strategic plans for every workshops
• Analyzes, designs, and implements workshop
• Managing and developing promotional also branding for every workshop area

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 Years(s) experience as a workshop head
• Have a good reputation in automotive industry
• Have a good network
• Able to analyze complex problems, interpret workshop needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
• Able to supervise and monitoring every workshop process
• Have a strong knowledge in automotive and skills as a leader
