About this position

The Head of Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities, implementing productivity programs, and developing strategies to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for manufacturing activities
• Lead, develop and implement variable productivity programs in all areas of responsibility
• Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision, policies, strategy, processes and procedures to improve business performance
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs
• Evaluate business challenges and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering) with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having experience as Plant/ Factory Manager for at least 8 years, from ceramics industry, building material manufacture, or FMCG will be an advantage
• Experienced in managing complex production processes
• Familiar with handling manpower at least 600 people
• Proven track records of excellent leadership skill
• Experienced in implementing Kaizen, Six Sigma or TPM
• Ready to be assigned in all of Platinum Ceramics Group Plant in Indonesia
