About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for company licensing and land permits with third parties and their administration
• Responsible for reviewing contracts with third parties related to legal matters
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law (minimum GPA: 3.00)
• At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Officer
• Preferably experienced in reviewing internal and external contracts, handling industrial permits, dealing with notaries, and managing legal-industrial cases
• Detail-oriented, agile, able to work in a team or independently
• Placement at Head Office - Surabaya
