SHARED SERVICE JUNIOR MANAGER
About this position
The Shared Service Junior Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall strategy and business plan, while providing support to business unit leaders on HR aspects.
Responsibilities
• Plan, develop and implement HR strategy in line with company’s overall strategy and business plan
• Communicate and collaborate with HR staff to improve HR Division
• Provide hands-on support to all Business Unit leaders on Human Resources Aspects
• Suggest New HR Strategies
• Responsible in terms of employee data, and employee benefits
• Ensuring administrative system run in accordance with the procedure
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
• Must be both task & people oriented
• Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to do the jobs.
• Ability to work with team and has good initiative.
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
• High level of confidentiality and ethics required
• Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees

• Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
