HC Transformation & Policy Standarization Analyst
About this position
The HC Transformation & Policy Standardization Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating HR transformation initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic goals. They work cross-functionally to ensure the success of transformation initiatives, develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices, and provide policy guidance to management and employees. Additionally, they analyze data related to transformation initiatives and HR policies to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and evaluate HR transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategic goals
• Work cross-functionally to ensure the success of transformation initiatives
• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices
• Provide policy guidance to management and employees
• Review existing business models and SOP processes regularly
• Coordinate the development of business models and SOP processes with relevant divisions or departments
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to transformation initiatives and HR policies, provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, and develop reports and presentations to communicate program effectiveness
Requirements
• Experience in policy and standard development, organizational transformation in HR for F&B and retail industries
• Experience in data analysis and reporting, especially related to human resources performance and policies
• Business & Data Analyst Skills, Business Operations Analyst Skills, Business Process Analyst Skills, Policy Development
• Development and improvement of SOPs and policies
