ASSET & EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR
About this position
The Asset & Equipment Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising the maintenance and upkeep of all F&B assets, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
• Manage & supervise the maintenance and upkeep of all F&B assets, including kitchen equipment, machinery, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Develop & implement asset management strategies to maximize asset performance and lifespan.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, repairs, and replacements.
• Coordinate with external vendors & contractors for maintenance and repair projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all asset-related activities.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies necessary for asset maintenance.
• Train & mentor maintenance staff on proper asset management procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize asset utilization and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and documentation on asset performance, maintenance activities, and budget expenditures.
Requirements
• Minimum Associate’s degree (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering.
• Having >1 year experience in asset management, financial analysis, or project management within the F&B industry or related sectors.
• Proven track record of managing assets or warehouse.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and asset management software/tools.
• Willing to be placed in HO Malang - East Java.
