About this position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, ensuring machine efficiency, and implementing strategies to support the company's performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Preventive, predictive, and corrective for maintenance machine, moulding, and utility.
• Manage MTTR and MTBF.
• Set targets for the maintenance department to support the company's KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Setting yearly target to all plant.
• Able to monitor, control, analyze, and evaluate problems, and provide precise and accurate instructions to subordinates.
• Review performance all plant every month.
• Implements the 5R program in the area of responsibility.
• Undertake tasks related to innovation and business efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost effective operations without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience as maintenance manager from manufacturing company.
• Familiar with OEE, MTTR, MTBF, PLC, HMI, etc.
• Capable in deployment of TPM strategy & continuous improvement programs.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and SNI.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
• 6 working days (Monday - Saturday).
• Willing to be placed in Kamal Muara - North Jakarta.
