LEAD QUALITY ENGINEER
About this position
Responsibilities
• Main responsibility is to implement QA duties, No RMA and No Customer Claims
• Handle SCAR/8D/Customer Claims and internal quality issue until close and report to Manager
• Lead RMA/SO verification, investigation and analysis. Ensure the RMA/SO closed as per spec
• Execute manager instruction based on Customer Request
• Create and or update document such as PCP, OQC, etc
• Support new project awarded to company (NPI, Product Briefing and CEO meeting)
• Coordinate with other department on NPI/Ad hoc qualification test, creation of test plan
• Prepare regular quality report (Internal/External)
• Review and Approval QIR/CoC
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Good in English both Speak & Written
• QA Engineer for at least 3 years with internal and external audit experience, QCC, improvement
• project, handling return unit, customer complaint
• Able to communicate/interface directly to Customer
• Able to work independently
