About this position

The IT Manager will be responsible for providing IT services to a manufacturing site, leading the IT infrastructure team, and ensuring business continuity and resilience to meet overall business revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to provide IT Services to Manufacturing Site, from local Infrastructure and Applications teams, reporting to Global IT team
• Lead IT Infrastructure team to ensure Business Continuity and Resilience to meet the Overall Business Revenue target
• Provides direct and indirect supervision to subordinates performing diverse roles within the site
• Accountable for successful IT projects or programs on a multi-functional/ global basis, including managing third party suppliers
• Work is guided by broad site objectives and corporate policies, especially security related
• Develops and manage department budgets and cost targets
• Work requires developing solutions, precedents, and/or policies

Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree in technology
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Information Technology, within manufacturing industry
• Proven supervisory experience in IT Infrastructure team
• Experience in handling manufacturing shop floor activities
• Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel including internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers
• Good Understanding of IT Infrastructure & Networking & Application Development Lifecycle
• Will be in PT PCI Elektronik Internasional Batam
• Familiar in Electronics Manufacturing Services or Contract Manufacturing Sector will be added advantage
