• Analisis Performance dan Menjaga Layanan & Troubleshooting
• Analisis Data dari Tools Monitoring
• Melakukan Verifikasi Data
• Monitoring User Terminal (Aplikasi, Instalasi, Relokasi, Operasional)
• Handle Operasional Reference Terminal
Requirements
• S1 Teknik Elektro/Telekomunikasi/IT
• Memiliki pemahaman dasar terkait Telekomunikasi
• Familiar dengan Phyton dan OS Linux
• Familiar dengan Topologi Jaringan dan Intranet
• Memiliki pemahaman Router (MTCNA)
