About this position

The PPIC Staff will be responsible for coordinating with the production team, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing production data, collaborating with the purchasing department, generating reports, participating in meetings, assisting in development of forecasts, communicating with suppliers, implementing production planning systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production team to develop and maintain production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
• Collaborate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Generate reports on production performance and inventory levels
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss production planning and scheduling
• Assist in the development of production forecasts and capacity planning
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials
• Implement and maintain production planning systems and tools
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs

Requirements

• D3 majoring in Industrial, computer, science
• Good communication skill in English, TOEIC Score minimum 500
• Good command of computer skill is a must and can operate MS Office Application
• Experience in PPIC, understand the problems and how to solve it
• Able to speak Japanese language will be an advantage (Preferable minimum JLPT N4/N5)
• Graduated from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Have a good leadership, fast leaner, good personality, and having high motivation
