The position of Dokter Kebun in Kalimantan Timur involves providing integrated, professional, and humane primary medical services to plantation employees and the surrounding community. The role also includes coordinating health services, managing clinic operations, and collaborating with local health authorities.
Responsibilities
• Provide integrated, professional, and humane primary medical services to plantation employees and the surrounding community.
• Conduct Health Risk Assessment (HRA) in all operational areas.
• Coordinate health services in the company clinic on a daily basis.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the company clinic, including medical services, clinical supplies, training and development of clinic team, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with local health authorities for the referral of employees needing further treatment at hospitals.
• Prepare regular reports on disease management, births, deaths, infectious disease outbreaks, and continuous handling to Site and Head Office.
• Responsible for the provision of occupational health services.
Requirements
• Medical Profession/General Practitioner education background.
• Understanding of Health Risk Assessment (HRA) concepts, preparation, and implementation is preferred.
• Experience in managing clinics from the beginning and collaborating with BPJS Kesehatan.
• Possess valid Practice Permit, active STR issued by the authorized institution (KKI), Hiperkes Certificate, ATLS, ACLS, PPGD, GELS.
• Minimum 2 years of practice experience in Hospitals/Clinics/Private Practice.
• Good interpersonal skills, hardworking, and socially and humanely minded.
• Able to adapt to the social conditions and work environment of the plantation.
• Capable of working in teams or individually, resilient, and innovative.
• Willing to be placed at a palm oil plantation location in Bengalon, Wahau-berau, Kukar.
