PT. Oneject Indonesia is a manufacturer who produces Medical Devices, especially Auto Disable Syringes. As a pioneer of AD syringes manufacturer in Indonesia in providing safe injections, PT. Oneject Indonesia has contributed to reduce the number of standard syringes, which are produced and distributed in Indonesia. Our product is the market leader of AD syringes in Indonesia. PT. Oneject Indonesia is growing continuously, not only in Indonesia. We have been exported our AD syringes to Asian countries and ready to enter the European market. We ensure the quality of the products at each stage of the production process starting with the selection of medical grade raw materials, the complete manufacturing process to the point of finished product. The products are monitored and controlled by our QC Department as per requirement of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016, in cooperation with our R&D Department, in order to continuously monitor the improvement, innovation and thereby increase our product quality.

About this position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing Assistant Manager to join our growing team. As the Purchasing Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and services at the best possible terms. This role involves strategic sourcing, supplier management, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support the company's operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-efficient procurement of materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high quality and timely deliveries.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with other departments to forecast future needs.
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements in procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Generate reports on purchasing activities and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Any Major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiar with ERP systems and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience in the medical devices or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
