GENERAL MANAGER
About this position
The General Manager of Human Resource Development (GM-HRD) is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals and managing the entire employee lifecycle to enhance performance and engagement.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: The GM-HRD the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals. This involves creating plans to enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth.
• Organization & Talent Management: The GM-HRD is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
• Policy Formulation: Crafting and updating policies such as job descriptions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs fall under the GM-HRD’s purview.
• Employee Relations: The GM-HRD bridges the gap between management and employees by addressing grievances, demands, and other HR-related issues.
• Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee compensation, including salaries, allowances, incentives, bonuses, and attendance systems, is part of the GM-HRD’s role.
• Recruitment and Hiring: the recruitment process, from announcing job openings to final candidate selection, is a critical responsibility.
Requirements
• Maximum age 40 years.
• Minimum education Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology.
• Continued education (S2/MBA) in management or HRD is an added value.
• Minimum experience of 10-15 years in HRD, with at least 5 years in managerial or senior positions.
