About this position

Service Point Engineer position in Gorontalo requiring a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in Networking.

Responsibilities

• Melaksanakan pemeliharaan (maintenance) terhadap perangkat yang telah terpasang di klien (preventive maintenance) dan troubleshoot (corrective maintenance).
• Melakukan implementasi
• Membuat report secara rutin
• Melakukan ekskalasi ke head office, jika diperlukan

Requirements

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Komputer, Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Informatika atau Ilmu Komputer lainnya
• Memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang Networking (fresh graduate dengan pengalaman magang di IT Hardware/Jaringan diperbolehkan melamar)
• Memiliki kemampuan dasar dibidang LAN
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Mampu belajar cepat dan adaptif terhadap teknologi baru
• Dapat bekerja secara mandiri / individu
• Memiliki kepribadian dan attitude yang baik serta antusias dalam memberikan pelayanan ke customer
• Lebih diutamakan yang sudah memiliki sertifikasi CNAP/CCNA
• Berdomisili atau bersedia di tempatkan di Gorontalo
