The Onsite Engineer CCNP position in Teluk Bintuni involves analyzing customer needs, providing solutions, and performing maintenance and troubleshooting for network systems.
Responsibilities
• Analyze customer needs
• Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshooting and solving customer's problems
• Responsive services
Requirements
• S1 in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
• Capable and has previous experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting TCP/IP-based network, wireless network & CISCO IP Telephony
• Having min 3 years experience
• Having CCNP is a must
• Willing to be placed in Teluk Bintuni, Papua Barat with roaster system (4 weeks onsite at Papua : 4 weeks day off at Jakarta)
