About this position

The Onsite Engineer CCNA - Project Based position involves analyzing customer needs, providing solutions, and performing maintenance and troubleshooting of devices at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of devices at customers in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs
• Responsive services

Requirements

• S1 in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
• Having Certificate CCNA is a must
• Having 5 years of experience in the same field
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in Network Security, Mail Gateway, Routing & Switching
• Can join ASAP
