The Marketing Communications Senior is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share in the cosmetics industry.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share in the cosmetics industry
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets
• Plan, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional advertising
• Evaluate and negotiate with vendors, agencies, and partners to achieve cost-effective solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to align marketing strategies with business objectives
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and objectives, and optimize for maximum impact
• Lead and mentor marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the cosmetics or beauty industry (preferred)
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Understand the workflow in marketing and sales team (creating program, event, promo, etc.)
• Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behavior in the cosmetics sector and digital marketing
• Creative, fast learner, and the ability to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment
• Up to date with the latest trend and best practices in marketing
