Finance & Accounting Manager (International Branches)
About this position
The Finance & Accounting Manager (International Branches) is responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple international branches, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial analysis to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the financial operations across multiple international branches, including cash flow control, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making and prepare regular performance reports
• Ensure that all financial and accounting activities comply with local and international regulations and legal standards. Collaborate with external and internal auditors to ensure successful audits
• Manage tax obligations in the countries where branches operate, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations
• Analyze and identify financial risks that may arise from international operations and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team at both the headquarters and international branches to ensure optimal performance
• Manage and oversee daily operational activities across regional offices, ensuring all responsibilities are executed effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 8-10 years of experience in finance/accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience working with international operations or branches, particularly in preparing financial and tax reports across countries
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage a multinational and cross-cultural team
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Based in West Jakarta with extensive travel required to oversee and coordinate activities across international branches (Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam)
