The Staff Estimator Elektrikal position involves coordinating with the Electrical Engineering Team on various documents, providing technical support to the Sales Team, planning project pricing, updating material prices, attending meetings with customers, maintaining data security, organizing international standard documentation, and ensuring compliance with ISO procedures and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the Electrical Engineering Team on various documents
• Provide technical support to the Sales Team
• Plan project pricing for Electrical Switchboard based on customer requests
• Update material prices for Operational Cost Planning
• Attend meetings with customers as needed
• Maintain data security and confidentiality
• Organize international standard documentation
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and ERP systems
Requirements
• Minimum S1 / D4 in Electrical Engineering from a reputable University or Polytechnic
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Understanding of estimator functions
• Proficiency in English
• Quick and critical problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Low Voltage Switchboard and Medium Voltage Switchgear
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 is a plus
• Understanding of Electrical Drawing and one-line drawing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and design software (AutoCAD)
• Good attitude, communication skills, discipline, and responsibility
