About this position

As the IT Manager of the company, you will take the lead in planning and executing strategic IT plans to support our evolving business needs. Additionally, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring minimal downtime and fast response times for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will require you to communicate extensively with various stakeholders from both internally within the company or group of companies, and externally with our business partners.
• Supporting all functional stakeholders in designing and implementing solutions
• Devising and establishing relevant policies to support the implementation of IT strategies
• Evaluating and providing feedback on new technology solutions and their application to the business model and plans
• Identifying potential issues or gaps in the existing IT infrastructure and driving continuous improvements
• CAPEX and OPEX budget planning and management
• Developing and implementing technical specifications for both hardware and software systems
• Identification and management of vendors, as well as contract management

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related disciplines, along with more than 8 years of practical experience in Manufacturing or a relevant industrial environment
• Good knowledge in SAP applications in manufacturing environment - both functional specifications and configurations
• Proficiency in IT architecture design, web/mobile applications, software development, IT project management and database technology
• Open minded and resourceful in adopting new technologies, tools and skillsets
• A good command of both English and local language, both orally and in written form
• Able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good interpersonal, time management and presentation skills
