99 Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Singapore and Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving innovation in the real estate industry through technology.
Responsibilities
• Establish strategic partnerships with property developers to achieve growth targets and profitability.
• Assist in contract negotiation and closing deals to maximize profits.
• Build and Grow the Developer Sales Team in Indonesia.
• Create standardized training materials for Sales Executives and Sales Managers.
• Set performance targets and commissions.
• Manage Revenue & Budgets.
• Establish, achieve, and report on financial milestones to BoD.
Requirements
• Over 10 years of sales experience in high performance environments.
• Experience in building and leading teams, with a passion for leadership and talent development.
• Exposure to B2B Sales and Proptech industries preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker & problem solver.
• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
• Desire to lead strategically and tactically in day-to-day operations.
