99 Group is a leading real estate technology company in South East Asia, seeking a Business Operations Executive to revolutionize the industry through technology and innovation.
Responsibilities
• Operational Process Development:
• Develop and implement operational guidelines and processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Management:
• Oversee and manage multiple projects across different business functions.
• Ensure projects are executed on time and within scope.
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Innovation and Automation:
• Explore opportunities for automation to streamline processes.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Misc:
• Your assistance and input will be called upon on a per-project basis.
• You will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks across various business functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• An extremely detail-oriented personality.
• Analytical, organised and good problem solvers with a quest for excellence.
• A sense of responsibility and accountability, and the drive to execute a project to completion.
• The ability to plan for the long-term, taking into account that projects might need to be scaled indefinitely.
• Willingness to learn and do, multi-task, and be a self-starter.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment, and prioritise among competing tasks/errands.
• Willingness to work with tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic about working on property or property-related content.
• Experience with Customer Lifecycle Management Softwares, like CleverTap, will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Scripting Language (e.g. Python/Google Apps Script), or CSS and HTML, but not a must.
