The IT Support position involves monitoring and troubleshooting software, hardware, internet, and network issues. Collaboration with various departments to provide solutions related to IT support, office servers, and cloud servers.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot internet and network issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide solutions related to IT support, office servers, and cloud servers.
Requirements
• Minimum D3 degree in Informatics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Systems.
• Experience in Windows operating systems, web hosting, Linux operating systems, and Google Apps.
• Maintenance of server control panels and network devices.
• Familiarity with PC hardware, Printers, Scanners, Computer Peripherals, NAS, POS Machines.
• Understanding of PC user connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP, Switch, Router, Firewall, and VPN.
• Experience with Servers (Hardware/Software).
• Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing.
• Preferably familiar with Linux operating systems.
• Placement at the Holland Bakery Jakarta Head Office.
