The Technical Support Shrimp Farm position at our company involves providing comprehensive support to shrimp farmers, ensuring optimal water quality and shrimp health through regular monitoring and data collection. This role is vital for maintaining high standards of shrimp farming practices and ensuring successful harvests.
Responsibilities
• Provide continuous support and guidance to fish & shrimp farmers.
• Regularly check and maintain the water quality in fish & shrimp farms.
• Perform sampling of fish & shrimp to monitor health and growth.
• Gather and analyze data related to fish & shrimp farming and harvests.
Requirements
• Minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Fisheries, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• At least 3 year of experience as a sales representative, technical support, pond technician, or a similar role.
• Willingness to be placed in various areas across North, West, and South Sumatra.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to use personal vehicle for job purposes.
• Prepared to be placed in any region across Indonesia.
• Possession of an active SIM A and/or SIM C.
