Morula IVF Indonesia merupakan bagian dari Bundamedik Healthcare System (BMHS) yang fokus dalam pengembangan klinik fertilitas “Morula IVF” di Indonesia. Dalam pengembangan Bundamedik Healthcare System, pada tahun 1997 mendirikan Klinik Fertilitas Morula (KFM) yang saat ini telah berganti nama menjadi Morula IVF Indonesia, telah menjadi salah satu klinik fertilitas terbesar di Indonesia dengan peningkatan pasien yang mengikut program bayi tabung semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan sebesar 30% pertahun. About this position

The Supervisor Finance, Accounting and Reporting in Makassar is responsible for leading the finance team, providing financial advice, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements while managing stakeholder relationships and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team.
• Provide commercial and financial advice to the business and the Board that takes into account financial best practice.
• Using exceptional communication and influencing skills to develop and maintain high-level stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare and implement long and short term financial plans, budgets and capital expenditure programs; and recommend pricing structures, financial management policy, asset utilisation and investment strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Design and implement an integrated management reporting system which provides data for decision-making which will ensure that business objectives are met.
• Prepare financial business cases as required for all investments.
• Oversee the management of Morula’s information systems.
• Prepare documentation for and liaise with external funding providers where required.
• Prepare and review annual budget, financial forecasts and Monthly/Quarterly Budget Reviews according to statutory requirements and monthly trading results and balance sheets.
• Provide a rolling cash flow forecast for review by Management on a monthly basis.
• Handle company share transactions such as issuing new shares, arranging for the payment of dividends and observing legal requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, lawyers, tax advisers, bankers and shareholders; attend meetings and represent the company.
• Negotiate the terms of new business contracts.
• Liaise with external legal advisors regarding contract management matters.
• Manage the commercial aspects of new and existing business contracts.
• Conduct regular reviews of business contracts to ensure supplier obligations are being met and the company is receiving maximum value from the contracts.
• Identify new business opportunities for the company and lead the preparation of business cases for presentation to the Board of KEE and shareholders.
• Make sure the company meets its compliance obligations under relevant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities.
• Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate Reports for shareholders.
• Ensure all financial and management accounting information is compliant with all statutory requirements under the Environment Protection Act and other relevant legislation.
• Exercise Responsibility, Accountability and Authority as outlined in Morula’s Business Management System and the Safety, Environment and Quality Policy.

Requirements

• Experience in BIG FOUR KAP.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Finance and CA/CPA (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in both a commercial and finance background with a proven track record in business transformation, providing strategic commercial and financial guidance to senior management, the Board and shareholders/stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic business management including: preparation and implementation of finance strategy, risk management policy, business plans, budgets and financial reports.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proven ability to develop and maintain strong and trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders.
