About this position
The Spesialist Sales & Marketing Healthcare position in Depok involves collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing programs and patient experiences, while ensuring effective execution and monitoring of marketing plans.
Responsibilities
• Work together with Customer Experience and Operation Manager to gain patient / customer point of view regarding company’s marketing program and events to create better marketing program / event based on customers / patients needs
• Together with Customer Experience and Operation Manager to create patient journey program, identify differences behaviour in each our branches
• Assist management in making strategic decision by providing expertise and knowledge based on data and experience, what/which marketing program and events should be executed in every our branches
• Working together with Operation Manager to in develop marketing plan (discount, cashback, upselling, etc) periodically in each branches
• Working together with Operation Manager to ensure each marketing plan executed as planned. Set marketing program objectives, success measures and detailed action plans to support overall marketing plan.
• Ensuring timely delivery of each marketing plan. Detect early signs if there is a misalignment come up, potential problems and take lead / action to ensure minimum deviation from initial plan.
• Execute all company’s marketing plan and events with Sr. Manager Commercial supervision
• Event execution and monitoring: manage event organizers / third parties in strategy and execution of event & brand activation projects.
• Budget: ensure efficiency or event related budget through detailed cost review and effective negotiation. Maximize event ROI without jeopardizing quality of output.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven medical sales experience/have 3 years of Medical Sales Representative experience. Combine with FMCG or Five Star Hospitality experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
• Strong negotiation skills
