SALES MANAGER
About this position
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales operations, managing sales staff, meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and maintaining positive business relationships.

• The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Day-to-day tasks include managing sales staff.
• Meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Requirements
• Sales and marketing skills, including the ability to create sales strategies and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and staff
• Strong leadership and management skills to manage a sales team effectively
• Customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Strong knowledge of our product (CO2) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with at least 3 year of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably Experienced in manufacture industry
• Able to speak Mandarin is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Able to work immediately
